Airlines are facing a steady increase in the cost of complying with environmental regulations like CORSIA, ReFuelEU, the UK’s blending mandate, Singapore’s SAF levy, and inclusion in the EU ETS. However, airlines are already struggling to find credible offsets and cost-competitive low-carbon fuel. How will airlines address and manage these challenges and who will bear the costs?
