Shannen joined World Energy in 2019, bringing extensive experience from her roles in risk and operations at Sempra, Glencore, Noble Americas, and Gunvor. At World Energy, she oversees logistics operations, ensuring seamless production tracking, inventory monitoring, and transportation management across multiple modes of transport.

Shannen specializes in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, aligning logistical efforts with the company’s growth and commercial strategies. She plays a key role in operationally executing commercial contracts, tracking outstanding volumes to completion, and maintaining product schedules for multiple commodities. Her responsibilities include forecasting inventory positions to preempt potential shortfalls or containment issues, monitoring rail transit arrivals to comply with railroad limits, and ensuring alignment between commercial contracts and Paramount’s logistical capacities.

Collaborating closely with production, compliance, commercial, yield accounting, and quality assurance teams, Shannen is dedicated to maintaining operational excellence and supporting World Energy’s mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.
