Christianna brings over 20 years of experience advising public and private companies on a global basis, on topics including corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, financing, and projects. Christianna’s career has included a significant focus on sustainability and carbon reduction targets, building and supporting high value projects including sustainability reporting, green financing, virtual power purchase programs, measuring Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions, and circular economy programs to reduce waste. Christianna has also supported programs developing future leaders, networking and community engagement.

Christianna is an alumna of Boston College Law School. She graduated from Eastern Nazarene College and served as a member of the Board of Trustees. Christianna has completed further studies toward a Masters (LLM) in Banking & Finance at the Boston University School of Law. Christianna is a member of the Hawthorne Club, a global group for women executive leaders in the Energy Industry and a member of Chief, a network of female executives leaders in the United States.
